Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email within one hour of placing your order.
Please include the following details:
Your name
Your order number
Reason for cancellation
Method of payment

The refund will be applied directly to your debit/credit card.

Returns

Please contact us to receive your return order number.

Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in resalable condition with all tamper-evident seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the date your item was shipped. Please include a note indicating your order number and reason for return.

Items are returned at the buyer's expense.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive your return.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable, you will be refunded the cost of the product only.

However, the shipping fees will be refunded in the following cases:

undelivered item(s)
damaged / defective item(s)
incorrect item(s)

Exchanges

You can return the item and we will refund you according to our policy. You can then reorder the correct item.

*Business days for the purpose of our return and refund policy do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

*At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.
